What we process

The site has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The contact tool builds a draft in your browser only; nothing you type is sent to us or stored. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and message.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operation. These are kept for a short period and are not used to profile visitors.

Why and on what legal basis

We process emails to answer you, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs are processed on the same basis for security.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless needed for a legal claim.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
